Was dubious of using them initially, but now I have ‐ they're my goto Wizards for repairing any tech issues I have from now on. They're legit and dont use your lack of technical knowledge to overcharge you or get you to pay for unnecessary repairs. Can not address how truly grateful I am to have stumbled across these guys.

Vita shipped back that day and recieved within specified times. 24 hours later the fault was diagnosed and a polite call recieved from Mark stating the actual fault they had discovered (a capacitor had blown due to USB cable frying out) and that the capacitor had been replaced and the Vita was charging up like a good little baby. Suspected USB cable had frazzled as Vita still would not charge even with a new / different battery.

Sent in PS Vita 2000 with 256gb sd card for a repair as Vita stopped charging randomly.
